Duties of the owners or administrators of asbestos products.

An owner, administrator of the building or a perpetual user have to do the following steps:

• Making  an assessment survey of the state and possibility of safe usage of  asbestos containg products and  inspecting the state of  facilities and installation every year  or every 5 years,

• working out  a plan of checking  air quality  for facilities containing asbestos,
• working out an instruction of safe usage of facilities in which there was  used     asbestos inside,
• making an inventory of products containing asbestos,
• marking on the situation plan a location with products containing asbestos,
• Labelling the facilities in which there are devices or installation with asbestos.
• informing voivod or president of town/mayor( in case of physical person about undertaken activities by 31st January each year.)
